I want to cancel the KOODO home internet, tried to call them several times, nobody answered the call.

i been trying to cancel my internet service but unable to get through online or over the phone. keep going to hold music and no one answering the call. waiting on call for last 2 hrs.. callback option also going to hold without anyone answering…

Hi ​@Manovijay we can submit a cancellation request for you. Would you like the cancellation effective immediately or at some later date? In case the Internet team needs to reach you, can they use the *95 contact number on your account?
