Hi there,
So if you have the prepaid service, you need to go into your self serve and turn off automatic payments. Once you do and your 30 days is used up, after 90 more days, the account closes.
If you have the postpaid service, you need to reach out to a koodo rep via their social media pages as you're out of country. You can do this via Facebook or X(Twitter). Links for the correct profiles can be found at the bottom of this page and by clicking their associated logo. 🙂👍
Koodo do not cancel via email. If you can, please edit your original post and remove your email as this is a public platform so anyone can see it.
