I need to speak with a human agent.

I was a former customer with koodo and I need to speak with an actual human. I cancelled my account in December, so the koodo bot will not connect me with an agent even though I am giving my account number (and phone number previously linked with my account). I’m going through my bills from all of 2025, and I was clearly double charged in March. I have reviewed all of my invoices for 2025, and I was charged double the amount of my monthly bill in March (the bill stated I had a carry-over charge from February), but my January and February bills were payed (I have my banking statements to prove it), but I need to talk to a koodo rep ASAP. I looked at my 2024 bills, and my 2025 bills and banking statements, and I was never refunded/discounted any future payments after this double billing. Koodo customer service - contact me asap.  The koodo bot is useless, and there is no customer service phone number.

You can’t request a callback through the forum, unfortunately. For the callback itself, since you’re not currently a Koodo customer, you won’t be able to use your login. You’ll need to schedule it as a non‑Koodo customer. Hopefully that helps.

Regarding the billing dispute, Koodo generally allows 30–60 days to challenge a charge in an invoice. Since this happened about 11 months ago, it’s unlikely they’ll reopen the dispute. However, you can still ask them for the payment history to clarify what happened

When I was trying to sign up with Koodo I had similar issues with the site. The only way I reached a live person was by reaching out to their Facebook via message. Maybe they can help you schedule a call there
