I was a former customer with koodo and I need to speak with an actual human. I cancelled my account in December, so the koodo bot will not connect me with an agent even though I am giving my account number (and phone number previously linked with my account). I’m going through my bills from all of 2025, and I was clearly double charged in March. I have reviewed all of my invoices for 2025, and I was charged double the amount of my monthly bill in March (the bill stated I had a carry-over charge from February), but my January and February bills were payed (I have my banking statements to prove it), but I need to talk to a koodo rep ASAP. I looked at my 2024 bills, and my 2025 bills and banking statements, and I was never refunded/discounted any future payments after this double billing. Koodo customer service - contact me asap. The koodo bot is useless, and there is no customer service phone number.
