I was previously a telus customer and then switched to Koodo , I need copies of billing from last year and cannot get into my telus account. I was told to contact Koodo to get these.

Telus may own Koodo however they’re operated separately. Who directed you to reach out to Koodo? Was it a rep? For this issue I recommend you reach out to a Telus rep via Telus assist since it is for a Telus account.
Once you connect with a Telus rep, they can send you past bills. Just note there may be a fee associated with this but the rep will let you know.

Barb, this site is manned by customers like us. Occasionally a Koodo Rep drops by, but can be flagged by a Mobile Master. You will have to wait until the MM’s have time to appear.
