We have looked into it and we see a refund has been processed. If you didn’t receive the refund yet, we recommend scheduling a call back using the link shared by @MilkyWay above, and ask to speak with the Payment team for further investigation.

Hi there,

can you elaborate a bit more? Was there a credit remaining on your Koodo account when you switched or are you asking for a credit that has not shown on your Telus Account?

If you had a remaining balance, any amount over $5 will be returned to you via your automatic payment method that is on file (excluding visa debit).

If you did not have automatic payments setup, then it will be refunded via a cheque in the mail, though the cheque method takes much longer. If it was below $5, you won’t receive the balance.

Assuming your payment method is not through a credit card, you should receive a cheque in the mail. It should be noted that it will take a few weeks. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo

The credit was over 20 dollars. It was a credit on my Koodo account when I switched. I didn’t have automatic payment set up and it’s been 2 months since I have switched

In that case, you should receive a cheque. I would suggest you to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and follow up with a rep directly. They may be able to tell you whether it has been sent out or not. https://Koo.do/Chat

The cheque typically takes 30 to 60 days to arrive after your final bill is generated.

These cheques are automatically mailed to your address on file.. I know you said it has been two months since you switched, but has it been that long since your final bill was generated? And was the address that you had on file the correct address you currently live at?

If both are correct, you really just have to wait for it to show up in the mail.

When you login to your self serve and download your latest PDF ebill, does it still show a credit?  I suggest you download the ebill for your records before you lose access to your self serve account
