I have not received $25 Refer-a-Friend credit yet.

I received an email from Koodo on Jan.02, 2026 that I would receive $5 credits for the next 5 months totalling $25 (includes tax). But I have not received yet. Pls help me have a double check. Thanks!

Hi there,

the $5 off per month should apply to the bill. This won’t show up as a negative balance on your account as it just gets added to the amount you owe.

If you received the notification in January, have you received your February bill yet? If so have you downloaded the PDF bill to see if the credit applied?

Assuming this is your first bill, it will likely not show up. However, you should see it on the subsequent bills. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/why-your-koodo-bill-may-be-higher-than-you-expected

Is your refered friend still a customer and their account is in good standing?  Both accounts must be in good standing for the credit to apply according to the T&C’s

I checked the bills from January to February. Both of them were the normal bills. No credits had been deducted.

Did your friend get the credit yet?

Is their account in good standing?

Yes, he has got the credit. He joined Koodo in Dec 2025 as well.
