Hi everyone, I have a problem where I have bill charges even though I already talked to the rep and got it paid. The story was I have to leave Canada asap so I called them about my cancellation and would like everything to be paid off. After the talk, the total charged was 511.49$. Now I have to pay 444.49$ that came out of nowhere. I had to make sure everythings paid off as my bank account is cancelled as well. Now I can’t reach human rep to talk about this. Please help!!!

okay so then whats the 511$ for? I remember I asked the rep that i would like to pay off everything and thats the number she gave me
Your final bill total was: $956.23 which was all for the price of the phone.
The $511 you paid was deducted from that leaving $444.74 left to pay.
The rep you were talking to likely miscalculated what you owed.
Did you recently purchase a phone on the tab and then cancel immediately after?
