I can not replenish my account through self-service, the button is gray. 😞 What could be the problem ?

Yeah, at the top it mentions that the amount due is $0.00. So you can just wait till your next invoice. You could also sign up for automatic payments and never worry about paying again.


Are you a postpaid or prepaid customer?

Was your March 16th payment a late payment?

Maybe I’m looking at this wrong, but your last payment was received on March 16th which technically, should cover you until April 16th. Yet, your due date shows April 10th.

It looks like your renewal date is on the 10th of each month and it’s already a few days past the April 10th due date. The Pay Now button should be active. I’m thinking there might be a glitch in the payment system that is not allowing you to add funds to your account.


I think postpaid since I used the phone without money, and they don’t bill me, maybe it’s a failure after all

If you don’t receive a bill each month, then you are a prepaid or pay-as-you-go customer. You pay for services before you use them. If you are a postpaid customer, you pay for services after you have used them and receive a bill each month.


You seem to be postpaid. As a postpaid customer, you can’t add more money to your account after you paid, only when you pay that you can overpay and the extra amount will go on your next bill as a credit.
