I was contacted by a Koodo representative. He offered a 30% discount on my current account an as a promotion, I was to receive a phone. It was supposed to be a samsung Galaxy but I received an Iphone 17 a couple days later. It was supposed to be free. I just got my bill and it shows my monthly charges to be over $500/month. I don’t know what a tab plus upgrade is. At no time during my conversation was I asked for any personal info(pin, card number...) I did not even want another phone. What do I do now?
