I activate the auto pay put I didn't get the discount

I got the Box week offer that was 60GB for $30/Month, when I active the auto pay. I didi activate the auto pay put I didn't get the discount. 
SO I got the bill like 50-10=40+tax
but the offer said 60GB for $30+tax

Also other think I got bill that chrge me $13+tax for activate the plane for the period Jan 2 To Jan 10, While I received the sim card on Jan 10

Have you received your first bill yet? 

Regarding the Pre-authorized payment method, did you use a normal banking account - not a credit card? 

Regarding the charge starting from the charge starting from the date of activation. Koodo had a check box to actually ask you to confirm that you agree to it before you order.

Hi there,

Have you reviewed the PDF bill for the credits? You can do this by following the steps in the link. It has a lot more details. Please review it thoroughly for the credits. Note that you do not receive partial credits for partial monthly plan charges.

The additional charge is called a partial monthly plan charge. This charge is from the day the sim is shipped to when your first bill cycle is. When you ordered online your billing begins once the sim card is shipped. Koodo wont charge you a full month for these few days only a portion. More on your first bill can be found below.
