how to talk to a billing person

I am no longer a customer. My login does not work anymore (been 4 years). I accidentally paid money to Koodo and I need to reverse the charges. My number is **********.  My email is *****@ outlook.com

Note- I cannot login to anything OTHER than this self- serve community. Please help!

You will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to get a refund. Are you able to go through your emails to find your account number? https://Koo.do/Chat
