I have moved out my number to another carrier last December, From self service looks I have enrolled no service, but I still received monthly bill until now, so I will be charged 65.54 and then Koodo will credit it back. Anyone can help to stop this?

Hi there
We have looked into it and there was indeed a payment made for a fixed amount each month for the past 3 months, although there was no bill charge for the last three bills. Each of the those payment have been refunded so far (the last one was processed 2 days ago).
Will you please check in your bank app or bank account whether there is a recurring payment enabled for the Koodo account?
