On Jan 25th I ported two lines out. Each line had a phone that wasn't paid for. A final bill payment went through but the phones were not on it. How do I pay for the phones? They no longer show up in self serve.

When you said a final bill went through, did that bill included the partial period up to the cancellation date?
If your billing date was close to the cancellation date, your bill might not have reflected the latest changes. However, your next bill - if there is, should include all the details and settle everything between you and Koodo.
