how to pay bill without old account details

I was with Koodo briefly, years ago. I don't remember my koodo phone number or account number. 

 

I got a credit report and realized I somehow have $6 owing to Koodo that went to a collections agency and has tanked my credit score. 

 

I need to figure out how to pay Koodo that $6, but when I can't find any of my old account details, I don't know how to go about it. 

 

Where should I start?

    You would have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep to check based on your email address. www.koodo.com/chat . Another way is to contact the collection agency and ask them to see if they can give you some information.
