How do i pause my subscription for 3 months since i am out of the country, and i can not do a schedule call since i do not have that sim i had in canada & they can not call international ?? does anyone know

This link explains how to do it. Since you are out of country, you'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter for assistance. You'll be able to go off seasonal hold in self-serve when you get back. Keep in mind you'll have to pick an in market plan. If you have an old plan that's better, you'll lose it. You'll keep paying tab if you have one.
