How to dispute a previous bill

I have an outstanding unpaid balance, but upon looking back through my bills on Self Serve, I see that a payment was received, but not applied to the bill.

How do I rectify this? I want to pay my unpaid balance, but I don't want to pay an amount I've already paid.

Hi there ​@Skpstr We verified the payment mentioned above. It does appear on the date mentioned by you above. You can also doublecheck that when you download the October invoice as PDF. It will show on the 2’nd page of the invoice.

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill showing a detailed list of charges and payments that were made towards your account? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

So I had an amount owing of $74.65 on the September invoice, paid $75.00 on Oct.6, but the $74.65 appears as past due on the October 13 invoice.

That is strange. Are you making your payments over the phone instead of the Self-Serve account? Do you have confirmation from the bank or credit card company that the payment has been made?
