I received my first bill from Koodo, I don’t have the SIM right now as I am outside Canada, I don’t have a Koodo number to register to pay the bill, How do contact Koodo to proceed with anything.

If you would like to pay the bill, you could ask a friend in Canada to help you to pay via online banking.
If you don’t have anyone and you are overseas, you can try contacting them via Facebook or X (twitter messaging) and ask for you payment option.

There are a few ways to pay your bill. Assuming you have a Canadian bank account, you can either pay through your online banking account or have someone use your SIM card to dial *611 to pay off the bill. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-pay-your-bill
