I received my first bill from Koodo, I don’t have the SIM right now as I am outside Canada, I don’t have a Koodo number to register to pay the bill, How do contact Koodo to proceed with anything.

If you would like to pay the bill, you could ask a friend in Canada to help you to pay via online banking.

If you don’t have anyone and you are overseas, you can try contacting them via Facebook or X (twitter messaging) and ask for you payment option.
