is there any one have been over charged on his monthly bill, i shoud be paying 35 monthly but i get charged way over that, is that normal

Have you downloaded your pdf ebill to take a look at why you’re being charged more? Page 3 should give you a full breakdown. If you’re still unsure, you can share the details of what you see (leave out any personal info) and we can help try to break it down or flag a rep to assist if something is indeed wrong.

Did you check the last page of your previous bill to see if there is anything at the bottom in small print notifying you of a rate increase?

If you did not receive any notice, have you changed the pre-authorized payment method to your bank account to keep your auto-pay discount? If not, that may likely explain why your bill went up. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

You should have received an email from Koodo back in September about the $5 discount falling off if you do not pay with your bank account.
