I cancelled with Koodo after 14 years of frustration but it seems that didnt resolve my problem. I used to get charge for roaming and have to call every month to get it refunded as live border so switched plans. Also stream + over charged me for 4 months and are still charging me for prime which i dont have. I decided to just quit my losses and leave as I couldnt talk to anyone about it and was sick of wasting hours every month to get $20 or $40 back. Now i have a final bill butim still being charged for netflix bundle which i dont even have and now Koodo assist says my account doesn't exist? so what now. just keep paying them every month. also it says to call about a payment plan for the final bill but you cant call them. I am losing my mangos.

How do i talk to someone when my account is closed but still being charged?
