How do i talk to someone when my account is closed but still being charged?

I cancelled with Koodo after 14 years of frustration but it seems that didnt resolve my problem. I used to get charge for roaming and have to call every month to get it refunded as live border so switched plans. Also stream + over charged me for 4 months and are still charging me for prime which i dont have. I decided to just quit my losses and leave as I couldnt talk to anyone about it and was sick of wasting hours every month to get $20 or $40 back. Now i have a final bill butim still being charged for netflix bundle which i dont even have and now Koodo assist says my account doesn't exist? so what now. just keep paying them every month. also it says to call about a payment plan for the final bill but you cant call them. I am losing my mangos.

Hi there,

You should still be able to login to self serve for 90 days after cancellation. Once you login you can actually cancel Netflix under the "subscriptions" tab and then "Manage subscriptions". Koodo subscriptions are seperate from mobility, so even if you cancel the account your subscriptions continue such as Stream plus and koodo internet.

Regarding the last bill, you can still schedule a call through koodo assist. You do not need to be a koodo customer to receive a call back. Just choose that you're not a customer and it should allow you to schedule a call. The rep can bring up the account once you talk with them. 👍

No , sorry but

I can't schedule a call through assist hence the frustration and the complaint. This is why I cancelled Koodo in the first place and now I'm in a pickle. Can someone just call me ?

Unfortunately, the best way is to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. If it is not working, you may need to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Also they over charged me for several things and need help with bill.

I tried again and I can confirm it tells me my number doesn't match my account.

If you have an account on Facebook, you can simply click the link and log in.

Are you able to refer to your emails from Koodo for your account number? It would be easier for the rep to find your account and assist you.
