Two add ons were put on our 2 lines. I for my husband and 1 for me. How do I get rid of them and get a refund for the month?

How do i get rid of add ones that I did not ask for or authorize.

They were free in the past, but Koodo started charging for them. You would have received notice of that on your previous invoice (PDF). If you have no use for this add-on, feel free to remove it from self serve… I wouldn’t pay $3 for something I wouldn’t use :)
