How do I get a refund for International Long Distance Add on

I see I have been charged $5 for Internatioal Long Distance. I did not ask for this and I don't use this because I don't travel. I would like a refund for this. I did notice because I am a busy mom and my card is charged automatically. It is on my monthly bill for months. That is an expense that I should not have. Please fix this immediately. 13 of the last 14 months I have been over charged. That is not ok.

Are you referring to the Perk or the original add-on?

To prevent any further charges, I would suggest you to click this link and follow the steps to delete the add-on. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons

As for the refund, it will be unlikely that the rep can provide the full amount, since this has been added for an extended period of time. They may be able to credit back the last month or two, but this is entirely up to the rep.

We have looked into it and according to the service agreement, the long distance add on was offered at the activation. The price increased later and a bill notification was posted upfront, we recommend checking the service agreement in self serve.
