How do I get a refund checque mailed to me now that I have closed my account

I cancelled my account and now I have a credit on it.  How do I go about getting that mailed to me?  I was not set up for automatic billing.

    I will be automatic and can take 30-60 days after your final pdf ebill (as long as the credit is above $5)
