How do I connect to a live rep??

It's ridiculous how much time I have spent trying to call and chat with koodoo assist that does not connect me to a live rep? It shouldn't be this hard! Complete waste of energy.  I have issue with my billing and I need to talk to a live person.  This is too much.

Since it is a billing issue, can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

This. Honestly, looking at canceling all koodo services at this moment. How infuriating to have ZERO option to connect to anyone.

 

I was sent a garbage SIM card and have been paying on the account for 6 months now for a service I cannot use, with no way to contact anyone. The live agent and chat option jsut ends in error, ive spent HOURS on this. Over it.

 

Horrible service.

This. Honestly, looking at canceling all koodo services at this moment. How infuriating to have ZERO option to connect to anyone.

 

I was sent a garbage SIM card and have been paying on the account for 6 months now for a service I cannot use, with no way to contact anyone. The live agent and chat option jsut ends in error, ive spent HOURS on this. Over it.

 

Horrible service.

What is the issue with your SIM card? Did you go to your nearest Koodo store or authorized dealer to get a replacement SIM card?

Have you tried to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter during the six months to get assistance? https://m.me/Koodo

That’s a very long time to go without speaking to a rep. At that point you’d want to go in person to get it fixed at any Koodo/Telus kisok. You are also able to get some further assistance here.

It sure is, seems that is the desire though since Koodo offers no options to reach anyone?

I finally did "cancel services" thru the koodo assistant, which connected me to the RUDEST representative I've ever spoken to. I refused to engage in his behavior. At the end i simply confirmed he cancelled the second line for me, which is all i was looking for by the end of the call, I said thank you and Have A Day, and hung up... he then called me back from a different number to harrass me for not being interested in the other plans he was offering me, or his option to mail me another SIM. I reconfirmed that I was not interested in any services from Koodo at this point. It was insane behavior. 

Definitely solidified for that Koodo is not the company for me. Without having to spend 3 hours to and from town to get to a Kiosk, I was able to very simply get all the services I need, online, for cheaper, from a pleasant and helpful rep at Virgin Mobile that easily ported all my services and phone number over instantly, with an overall monthly savings. Win win. Thankful to longer be a koodo customer, after decades with them.

I didn't know that was an option, why wouldn't they have that on their website?

Going to the kiosk should not be necessary. If it is the only option to reach someone or get service, then again, this is not the company for me. No others require you to take that much personal time to get basic service. After the amount of arguing and pushing by the rep when trying to cancel the $15 kids plan that this SIM card was for, I went online to V irg in Mobile and was able to port all my services, online, quickly, for a better overall price. Reachable customer service that were actually helpful. 👌

Shouldnt be necessary in 2025 to travel to an in person kiosk to get ANY service whatsoever.
