How can I access Self Serve while overseas

I need to cancel my prepaid account as I have noticed it didn’t cancel before I left the country.  It keeps charging the card I have on file and I can’t stop it. 
 

how can I access self serve to make the change - it keeps sending a code to the koodo number which I can’t access? 
 

the will also only call the Koodo number…

Hi there,

Are you presented an option to send the verification code to the email they have on file? Have you tried this instead?

If that does not work then you may have to reach out to a rep through koodos expert messaging service via koodo assist to see if they can take off the automatic payments or a rep through their social media pages Facebook and X.

Once the automatic payment has been removed, the account will close if it is not topped up when the current month expires after 90 days.

Are you presented an option to send the verification code to the email they have on file? Have you tried this instead?

If that does not work then you may have to reach out to a rep through koodos expert messaging service via koodo assist to see if they can take off the automatic payments or a rep through their social media pages Facebook and X.

Once the automatic payment has been removed, the account will close if it is not topped up when the current month expires after 90 days.

Since you are on a prepaid account, there are limited options available.

The best way is to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and see if they can find a way to get you back into your account. Once you are in, you should be able to remove the pre-authorized payment method. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/koodoprepaid/koodoprepaid.html

Thats the hitch, no email option to verify that I can see. Also can’t seem to access their expert messaging without having a text sent to the Koodo number.  Have tried them on Facebook  but still haven’t had any response.

Hey Milky Way, can’t schedule a call back while overseas. Anyone know of a number to call while overseas?

I would suggest you to download an app that can make or receive calls from Canada, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.

Hmm ok. Did you message the correct page? The correct profiles can be found by hitting the correct logo at the bottom of this page. It's may take a while but a rep will get back to you.
