Hi I had a question to ask about my bill we were told one price permonth and we are getting charged extra I’ve tried calling in number of times and they just keep dropping the call and I don’t have any idea how to reach anyone if you can help out I would appreciate it …I will not be paying any bills until I receive a answer thank you

@Rabxinho81 This is a public forum so we took the liberty to xxx out your account number.  We are a predominantly ‘digital first’ brand.

 

The number you called is for automated transactions (payments etc.) however, you would have bees sent an SMS to Koodo Assist that helps find answer to many questions and if it can’t you can set up a call back with our reps at a time that’s convenient for you.

We looked at your bill and both lines have the plan as originally stated. Your current bill includes a balance forwarded from the first one. Your first bill will always look different as there is proration best explained in this quick video . Hopefully this helps.
