It’s been about a month and a half since I cancelled my service and I have not received the credit on my account. Can someone please help me with this?

When did you receive your final bill (the bill after cancellation)? And did you have a pre-authorized payment method with them? 

As well, the cheque would be sent to your address on file with Koodo in 30-60 days https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo


I received the final bill on June 11. I do have pre-authorized payment via my credit card. Why would they send me a cheque if they have my credit card info?
