I was part of the old migration of PC Mobile customers to Koodo and have since closed out that account. However, every month since then I continue to receive a monthly billing email even though there is no balance on the account (and the account should be closed I would assume?).

Is there any way to resolve this communication myself, or do I have to just try to get customer service to dig into that old account and manually shut it down somehow?
