Hi I got extra charge this month. I don’t know I used to pay total $34 every month with 20GB plan but this month I got total $46 so its more compare to before. Would you help me why its charging more.

There is several potential cause for it. The best way to find out is to download the PDF bills of previous month and this month in selfserve and check the page 3,4 of it. The detail breakdown should be there.  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills?

Its says due to change of plan but I don’t know when did I change the plan because its much higher than before. Everything is same except the price. I don’t want this plan because for 20GB data its more higher than expected. I would go with the previous plan if it’s possible.

So the increase is from rate plan.

Since your plan is a month-to-month one, Koodo can increase the price with only 30 days' notice. They typically put a note somewhere in the first (or last) page of your bill. On some cases, it was notified when you signed into self-service as well.

You can't change your rate plan to the previous one in self-service. If you insist, you can try to schedule a callback and ask a rep for any other options.

Hi @Sudip Sunuwar

We have looked into it and we can confirm there was a price increase announce on the previous bill, you can check page 7 of the January bill for details.

If you switch to pre-authorized bank payments with the current plan, you should receive the autopay discount, more information can be found here

I switched to auto pay bank payments and have not received the $10 discount. Koodo needs to rethink its customer service.

@BRMarch Please start your own thread instead of spamming several. The discount is applied to the first full billing cycle. Are you referring to a partial month or you’ve got a bill with a full month in it after the auto-pay registered and you still don’t show the discount?

@BRMarch

We can confirm your current plan is eligible with the autopay discount and the discount will start applying with your next bill. More about the autopay discount can be found here  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount
