Got email that Stream+ discount would be extended 3 months, but charged full price?

I got an email that my Stream+ promotion ($10/month for 3 months) would be extended 3 months till the end of April. It would have ended this month. Today I got charged full price ($23), and when I called Koodo the agent basically said they have no control over the price so either pay full price or cancel. So I told them to cancel, but then I found this forum and see others with similar problems. Now I'm seeing if someone is able to be more helpful here since I would still like to take Koodo up on the promotional offer I received.

Well it's been 2 weeks and they ghosted my form. In case anyone stumbles onto this thread with the same issue, it is NOT in fact solved. I know it's not a lot of money but I basically got scammed by Koodo and they conveniently have no department to be held accountable. 👎

I’ll give the reps another nudge to see if they can reach out to their dedicated team. Historically the form method has been successful in the past, so I wonder if it just fell through the cracks. Hopefully they can comment on it.

Hi ​@Khazriel, we’re sorry to hear about the delay. To clarify, have you cancelled the Stream+ service? We’re seeing the service will be stopped February 28.
