I just went to the States today for a few hours from Canada. I had roaming on just in case I received a text message from someone in Canada but I didn’t make any calls the whole time I was there. I had cellular data turned off as well.
I got back to Canada at 12:30 and when I looked at my usage it charged me for 1 minute that apparently happened at 3:04 PM. It’s not even 3:00 yet. And I got charged $16. Does anyone know why this is and how I can dispute this charge?

The timestamp in the usage may differ due to the time zone difference, however, once the bill is posted, please reply back here and we will look into it further.
If there was no outgoing text, no data usage and no calls/voicemails, we would be able to apply a credit for it.
