I got charged this month for long-distance calls, but I did not make any such calls. How do I get Koodo to review my bill?

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges and the entries on your Self-Serve account for the long-distance calls? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
