I got a new number from Freedom and didn't know was still being billed by Koodo. What do I do ? Thanks

If you do not plan to use your existing number with Koodo, make sure to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and cancel your line as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can port out your number to Freedom to cancel your plan with Koodo. https://Koo.do/Chat
