Why, WHY can’t Koodo send me a monthly bill, email or otherwise?

For privacy reasons, Koodo, along with most institutions provide notifications of the balance owing on what date and that further information can be found in the pdf bills that are found in your self serve account. It’s not ideal to provide a direct copy of the bill with personal information, account numbers, etc, directly to an email address.

Koodo is paperless only; no monthly bills sent by email or mail. You can download detailed PDFs directly from Self Serve > Billing (pages 3-4 show exact charges).

What kind of business operates this way? All other utilities, retailers, etc. send me a bill for services. So shady.

Like everything to do with Koodo, it’s inconvenient and difficult.

Log into Self Serve at koodomobile.com, go to Billing Preferences and toggle on email notifications for bills. You'll get them automatically after setup.

Log in to you your Self Serve account.  Then go to Billing > Bills > Bill Notifications.

From here you can set email and text alerts
