Question

first bill, too many lines

I'm new to Koodo. My bill is showing 4 users instead of 2. One of the phone numbers and name is myself, the other three are my daughter's name with two different phone numbers and one correct phone number.

Hey there,

Your first bill may show extra lines due to activation or porting processes including temporary accounts or duplicates. Check your Self Serve account to see all active lines and their details. If you see more lines than you expected (e.g., 4 instead of 2), it might be a system error or leftover from number transfers. You can just request a review or correction through Koodo’s official channels to have extra lines removed or names corrected. If needed, I can flag a rep to review this for you.

The screenshot that you posted is the summary of the bill - it is very hard to find out the detail or confirm if Koodo charge you correctly.

I suggest you download the PDF bill and check the page 4 of it. It should have proper date/number/plan associated with each number.

Thank you for helping me sort this out. When I go into self serve and then bill overview I see three lines. One of those is my daughter's name misspelled

Since you see three lines in self serve but your bill shows four users, and one line has your daughter’s name misspelled, I flagged a rep for you to review your account lines and correct or remove any incorrect ones, including fixing the misspelled name or extra lines. This cannot be done directly in self serve.

Hi there @TrishaB  We verified the account and found only 2 numbers active. We can see that the sim cards were activated with a temporary number to allow you to port the phone numbers over.

As we have to verify a few details, to make sure that they are correct, we have sent you a private message. Feel free to respond whenever you have the time.
