first bill discount

Hi,

I recently signed up for this plan, which requires pre-authorized payments to receive the $10 discount.

My first auto-payment attempt was declined due to a bank-side issue, which has now been resolved, and auto-pay is currently enabled on my account.

Since this was my first month and the issue is fixed, could you please consider applying the $10 auto-pay discount for this billing cycle as a one-time courtesy?

Upon checking, we can see the pre-authorized bank payments were set up after the bill date, this would be the reason why the discount wasn’t applied. 

Unfortunately, the discount applies only if the pre-authorized payment is set up before the billing date, otherwise it will start applying as of the next bill → https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount
