Koodo’s online system typically only accepts Canadian-issued credit cards for payments. This is due to fraud prevention, verification requirements, and billing regulations within Canada. It is not intended as discrimination but as a business policy to ensure security and compliance with Canadian financial and telecom rules. Unfortunately, this limits payment options for foreign nationals without Canadian credit cards.

If you would like to use a foreign credit card, you have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep to register it for you.
