Extra US roaming charges not refunded

Hello,

I was charged 2 US roaming charges on days when I was still in Canada, as many others have experienced before.  I spent 3+ hours on a “delayed/intermittent” chat with a Koodo rep who eventually offered a $26 credit to be applied to my account.  I do not see the refund and did not receive a record of the chat.  

Please provide the refund as stipulated by one of your colleagues

Hi there,

I'll flag a rep to take a look at your account notes. If you schedule a call with a rep a note will be made outlining the offer that was promised.

Make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can assist. Going forward, to prevent this again I suggest you turn off roaming and change your carrier selection settings from automatic to manual then koodo. More can be found below. 👍

Hi there ​@DSAT12  We verified and the adjustment and found that the credit was pending. You can see it updated in your Self Serve account. The new amount will show where you manually pay the invoice.
