I was charged 2 US roaming charges on days when I was still in Canada, as many others have experienced before. I spent 3+ hours on a “delayed/intermittent” chat with a Koodo rep who eventually offered a $26 credit to be applied to my account. I do not see the refund and did not receive a record of the chat.
Please provide the refund as stipulated by one of your colleagues
