With the Hurricane Fiona that occurred in October 2022 Koodo responded with free data for residents of Prince Edward Island. I took advantage of the free data since we were out of power for 8 days. I got charged over 200 $ for the usage of the data and Koodo told me I will receive a refund with my next bill which never happened. Where is my money?

What did the call back rep say? 


That I should get a refund on my next bill which never happened

And when you told them that, what did they say?

1. Did they say they would look Into the reason a refund was not applied?

2. Did they at least confirm the refund was not applied and was suppose to?

3. Did they say they will correct this on your next bill now that they caught the error? 


Hi there @Kay165  We have taken a look into your account and saw that the credits were somehow missed by the automatic credit script. We have applied the credits for all the extra data, $117+tx. You can check your new updated amount in self-serve.
