There is an extra $4.80 added to my most recent bill, for “usage”. I cannot determine what this extra charge is for.

You can doublecheck the detailed charges by downloading the invoice as PDF. In this case, the charge is for a long distance call made from Canada to US. It can also be found on the 7’th page of the invoice.
