Hello, my bill has always been the same for as long as I can remember. I have been with koodo for years. This month it is significantly higher. How can I figure this out?

You can log into your self serve account and download your last 2 detailed pdf ebills and compare them to see what changed.  If the plan price changed, then I suggest taking a look at the fine print of the pdf before the change to see if there is a notification of the upcoming change.

No worries.

Some credits have expiry dates and only lasts for a specific time.

Depending on your plan, you may want to try to change your plan and see what plans are available to you in self serve

I think I will have to switch providers as it is a very expensive rate.

My rate is currently 39$ but will increase to 44$ for 20gb of data and unlimited calling. Im a student and this is not manageable for me. Do you know of any other student friendlier plans with koodo? When I look at the other plans offered to me there is nothing cheaper.

Does the $44 plan include the $10 auto pay by bank credit?

When you go change your in self serve, do you see cheaper plan?
