Please explain to me how and what an ER/VC charge is?  We have numerous on our phones, while travelling in the US and there is no explanation, does not match up with our usage (lack of usage), and is not explained in Easy Roam. Not accpetable. Please advise, thank you.

 

 @JodW - ER/VC is what shows up every time the Easy Roam daily fee is triggered.  Easy roam is triggered whenever you:

  • Make or receive a call (including voicemail)
  • Use any amounts of data
  • Send a SMS/MMS

Based on your usage, I can see that there was quite a bit of calls, texts and even some data used on both of your lines. You can see exactly what was used by going through the different tabs within the Usage section in Self Serve.

Login to Self Serve → Select “View Usage” under your number → “View Details”

Those are marker to denote the start of easyroam. It wasn't actual call. If you saw it, the system received report of either an outgoing text, a call or a data usage.
