Emailing PDF invoices

Hello,

Since reaching out (let alone speaking) to anyone “koodo related” seems impossible, I’m just gonna put it out there;

Some people want to automate their SMB’ finances, and we want to get our PDF invoices by email. How 2010 is that?

Otherwise, please offer an API to access our detailed  invoices.

I understand you might not want to send zillions of emails since you might not have a decent setup allowing you to do so, but if this was on an opt-in basis, I believe it should be sustainable.

Thanks!

Hi @ck01 ,

In order to check the full details of the charges, we would recommend downloading the bill as PDF.

We will share the steps to download, here: Koodo Bill

When you try to access your invoices and download them, does it work?

They unfortunately have neither of the functionalities that you want.

You can login to your account and view your pdf ebill at anytime however.

You can post an “idea” thread on here if you’d like with your requests and hopefully they can implement something in the future.

It's actually not recommended. Banks, Hydro, and other financial institutions stopped doing that a while ago. The thing is, the email's security isn't as good as Koodo or other institutions, which means there's a risk to your privacy.  some email providers had limitations on attachment size as well.
