Easy Roam US charge reversal request

I had a 1 day Easy Roan charge on my latest bill that was incurred on a day I traveled by BC Ferry from Vancouver to Victoria (without leaving the country). Can someone assist on getting this charge reversed? Thx

Let me flag a Koodo rep to help you out.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so your device does not connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.

Hi @ehlow 

We have checked and we found that there was indeed an accidental data roaming usage that triggered the charge.

We have adjusted the bill, feel free to check it out in self serve when you get the chance. 

As @MilkyWay suggested, manually selecting Koodo in the phone settings, should prevent the accidental connection to a US tower while near the border.
