Hi,

 

I am wondering how can I get a charge reversed. I am currently in the USA and got my bill.

 

I used Easy Roam for 2 days but I am being charged for three days.

 

I do not want to turn on my phone to call Koodo….

 

can I request support through social media?

 

 

@AmandaD88 The 3 days are Sept 12th, 13th and 14th.  Easy Roam is activated when you make or answer a call, send a text, or use data, and will be valid until 11:59pm in the time zone you are travelling. It’s not a 24 hour clock. More information here that maybe helpful:

Hello @AmandaD88! There’s a call made from the U.S. to Calgary on Sep 13th, you can see the number you called on page 10 of your current bill.
