I have been charged $18.00 on January 20, 2025, while I was away on a cruise erroneously. Throughout the time, I had my phone on airplane mode with roaming disabled. I have not used the roaming throughout, while I was on a cruise, and on land, when I was in the USA, I am covered with the Canada, USA, Mexico plan.
Please review and reverse the charge.
