I keep getting roaming charges on my bill because I live next to the border which is super annoying because I've turned my data roaming off! Please fix this 🙏
To prevent accidental roaming in the future you can change your network settings from Automatic to manual and select Koodo manually.
Also you can change your plan to a Canada-US plan and you will be able to connect to the neighbouring US networks without any roaming concerns
