I returned to Canada from the US on March 25, 2023,  it looks like I was charged for Easy Roam from March 25 to April 10, 2023.   Please review & advise.

Can we get more details? You were charged daily? Are you disputing each day? Certain days? Did you have your phone off? Cellular data on or off? Receive any clals? Etc


If you have been using your phone or have not taken the right measure in order to avoid being charged, what exactly do you want Koodo to do? Sure they could credit some days, but next time please take some time to read the following in order to avoid charges :

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges? Were you using making or receiving any calls, sent text messages, or used data while you were abroad? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
