I recently was travelling outside of canada and mistakenly bumped call voicemail. Within 2 seconds I noticed and turned it off but I got charged for easy roam for the day. I am wondering if there is any way to reverse the charge since it was clearly a mistake and I didn’t not use any other part of my phone plan during the day. I didn’t realize it would end up charging me until I got my bill. 

I’ll flag a rep to see what can be done. It’s YMMV when it’s accidental, but “proper.”

As usage is present while Roaming, even if the usage is 1 of the 3 services (Voice, SMS or Data)  that triggers the Easy Roam, the charge is valid.
