It's all depends on your bill date that Koodo will generate your bill.

Some customers might get sooner than 10days, but some get like 2-3 weeks.

Can you log into your self serve? Check your usage section, then you will see your billing cycle. What does it say?

previous bill date was June 21 but today it is showing me July 21 (29 days left).  I was expecting a bill yesterday but didn’t get any.. Is there any form of phone bill I get, I want to open a bank account

If your bill date is 21 st if the month, then you usually receive your bill notification on around 24-27th to access your self serve to see your EBill..

It's likely your bill is ready by Monday or Tuesday.

Is there no option to download a pdf ebill?  Does it show an amount owing in your self serve?
