Don't Understand overcharges for cancelation

All of a sudden it says that I owe $570, I have switched providers and I was told that I would only have to pay my tab balance which was a little over $100 dollars???? Why is there no one you can talk to at Koodo????

Dial *611 request a call back from Koodo they will call you

You have to pay your tab and tab bonus.

Login to your self serve. Do you see a tab balance pay out as well?

@Motopower89 We are digital first brand, but of course you can talk to us. Everything start online though. No need to dial 611, easier just to go to our help pages and talk to our virtual assistant. If it can’t find an answer it will help you book a call.

In you case it doesn’t appear you will need a callback though. The last invoice states what the chares are for:

When you purchased your phone at then end of 2022 you opted to take out TAB and not pay for the phone up front. There was a monthly payment schedule laid out which was declining month after month.

Since you cancelled your service both the TAB and the TAB Bonus became repayable. I hop this helps.
